On astraof.com/plutonium most countries see $4.99 / €4.99 per month or $49.99 / €49.99 per year (about 17% off). In-app checkout in rubles typically shows 299 ₽ per month and 2,990 ₽ per year.
Subscribe in User Settings → Astral Plutonium. If billing is offline you get a waitlist instead. Cards are handled by a payment provider (the UI mentions Stripe; the privacy policy names Platega and others). Refunds within 14 days: support@astraof.com. A chargeback leads to a permanent ban.
Cancel from the customer portal on the same tab: perks last until the end of the period you already paid for.
