Messages, settings, and the device list stay in sync across the web and installed clients.
Web and PWA
Open astraof.com and sign in. To hide the browser chrome:
- On desktop Chrome / Edge: install menu → Install Astral.
- On a phone: Share → Add to Home Screen.
The PWA can show an unread badge and receive Web Push when the tab is in the background.
Good to know
- Global shortcuts (including push-to-talk when Astral is unfocused) work in the desktop app, not in the browser.
- Launch at login is available on Windows (and prepared for macOS). Linux comes later.

If the client will not open after an update, download a fresh build from the official page and skip unofficial mirrors.
